Rugged Fox is a West End boy with a Prairie Heart who chases a different kind of tale. His main addictions include: red wine, Netflix, cream cheese and men. His life philosophies include, “if it is not good for the face, it is not good for you” and “a bottle of wine a day keeps the therapist away.” When he is not drinking in a basement in East Vancouver, he can typically be found cruising at a local coffee shop or serving tables at a busy restaurant in the West End. As of now, Rugged Fox does not have any children but does care deeply for his beloved bags Hunter and Pacey.

Written by Sean Robert, Rugged Fox is a self-portrait, ten years in the making, that is loosely based on truth and firmly committed to making you laugh. Soaked in red wine and covered in tomato sauce, the Fox is now in his fifth season on the Coast and is taking life one bad first date at a time.
